Summary
Bartholomew Kuma's plan was to send the Straw Hats where they could get stronger, only, instead of sending Usopp to the island of plants and Luffy to the island of a fellow Warlord; he made the quick decision to send the two to an Emperor of the Seas who could help them persevere.
However, Kuma didn't take into the fact that Shanks would be heading towards a war, a war that hopefully wouldn't even get a chance to begin.

Darcy continues to travel through time, skipping ahead years at a time, and staying for as little as a few months or for as long as a year. She has a rock-solid friendship with Rebecca Barnes, and Howard Stark on Fridays at six to see her through.
