    Ren Amamiya, leader of the Phantom Thieves, receives a request from an anonymous sender to help a young boy locked inside his house for four years of his own volition. What he finds is a distortion powerful enough that it can be sensed in the real world, and a shattered group of people who once called each other friends.
    What could have happened in this town for such a powerful distortion to form, and how will it end up fixed?
