    Shane combs at his hair, trying to hide the gray by getting the rest of his hair to fall over it.

    Of course, Ilya notices Shane’s preoccupation immediately, and only a second later, his eyes lock on the hair.

    In the mirror, Shane watches a shit-eating grin spread over his husband’s face.

    “Don’t,” he warns.

    “Hollander, Hollander. No need to do this.”

    Shane frowns. “Do what?”

    Ilya comes to stand behind him, hands resting on his hips, chin dropped to Shane’s shoulder. “You are already better hockey player. No need to give Hunter competition for sexiest grandpa.”

    “Oh my God, fuck off.” Shane elbows him in the gut.

    Ilya takes the hit and doesn’t even move, just laughs in Shane’s ear before pressing a kiss to the hair. “Relax, sweetheart. Stressing only gives you more grays.”

    Or: Shane gets a gray hair, and he and Ilya realize they have different problems, these days.
