Gabriel rolls his eyes dismissively, turning back to the apartment door. A moment later the tension wrench turns freely and the door clicks open softly. Gabe does this little triumphant fist pump movement that Sam in turn rolls his own eyes at.
“Two things, Samsquatch,” Gabriel starts as he slides the lock pick tools back into his pocket, turning towards Sam (and looking up). “Numero uno, your ass of an older brother thinks he can out-prank me. Which is impossible. And two, if you weren't so buried in the library 24/7, you'd know that the rumor goin' 'round school right now is that the campus stud is actually seeing somebody.”
