Summary
This is the story of what happens after the end of "Riddick". He's still trying to get to Furya, but he continues to run into bad luck. This particular bad luck happens to be a young woman who has escaped from her abusive, power-hungry husband, and Riddick gets pulled into the mess. This is not going to be a nice story, there is going to be a lot of uncomfortable topics broached, from abuse, rape, and some animals being harmed. Rest assured, I like to punish bad guys, and we all know that Riddick does too. This will end well, but it's going to be a bumpy ride.
Better Summary: Suri has escaped from her husband, the head of a massive organization involved in underground cage fighting. In the course of her flight, she bumps into Riddick, which results in his capture. Suri sets him free, but on the condition that he help her learn how to survive in a world she was never prepared for. Riddick agrees, but he always has an alternate plan, and things may not go the way Suri hopes.

THIS FIC IS NOW COMPLETED 4/14/25, just in time for the DDBA Kastle reunion tomorrow!
Micro sends Frank to Josie’s Bar just a few minutes too late– Karen has been shot by Bullseye. Frank and Foggy take Karen to the hospital and we get some Kastle hospital scenes, except Karen is the one injured. A team of Daredevil/Punisher friends assemble to make sure she stays safe. Also, will her dad show up to check on her? Karen gets a chance to talk about her past trauma, plus lots of soft Frank not leaving her side until she’s recovered.
CHAPTER 10 is finally posted!! Things are getting dramatic. Karen is off to confront Bullseye again, this time in a protective-fabric pencil skirt and blouse (made by Melvin Potter.) There are hostages, shoot outs, explosions!
CH 11 is also up! A showdown battle in a construction site! Frank and Bullseye face off. Can Karen outsmart him in time?
CH 12-- A little gift from me to you before DDBA drops tonight! This story is almost finished. Thanks for the ride, Kastle fam!
Ch 13- Karen has some good ideas. These two finally get what they deserve.
Ch 14- An Epilogue. A road trip and some fluff.
