Summary
As the end of Muzan was celebrated everyone assumed that this was the end of anything related to demons, but unknown to them Tanjiro Kamado still had Muzan's blood in him. As the generations introduced new blood Muzan's blood felt threatened as it was passed down throughout the generations so 200 years later around the being of year 2100 Muzan's blood fully implemented itself into the DNA of people and thus quirks were born. Not everyone's blood mixed properly though so quirkless people still exist.

Summary
Things change, one Villain attack made Midoriya Izuku's life spiral. A mistake from a certain Flame Hero results in a fire that kills Midoriya Inko and ruins Izuku's faith in Heroes. Foster homes disrupt Izuku's world view even further, distorting himself into a character who his past wouldn't recognize no longer. Becoming a Vigilante is easy, Izuku just wants to help people and jumping into help isn't hard. With his time as Vigilante, he meets people and establishes life long friendships. With those friend he finds a Villain path that really shouldn't seem as inviting as it is, with that he ends up on a roller coaster ride that became Izuku's life.
At least becoming a spy at UA allows him to live a corrupted and twisted version of his old child hood dream.
