Summary
Two years ago the world went to war for the first time since quirks came into existence. Countries who have come to rely on quirks and their heroes have forgotten what it means to have soldiers. Fearful of using their heroes or those with powerful quirks, the governemnts chose another route. Those with weak quirks or were quirkless from the age of 13 to 28 were chosen to become soldiers.
Izuku Midoriya returns to Musutafu broken and with a fractured mind. He finds out that his mother committed suicide within a year of his enlistment and he's now homeless. Unwilling to go into the foster system, Izuku goes to the beach where he makes a home for himself and the dog he brought back with him. Hating the system that sent him to war, Izuku seeks to help those who are ignored by society and becomes a vigilante. Then when the time comes he is allowed to attend UA ad the agreement stands for those who survived the war.
Naomasa was unsure of what to make of the new vigilante when they appeared. Not much is known about them. The only ones who have seen him are victims that he rescued. They all give the same description. They call him the Ghost.

Summary
This was something I wanted people to see, something I haven't been able to tell any of my friends or my family. I needed a way to get this off my chest, so what other better way was there than to rewrite how I felt, but if I made it into a fanfic for a character? Although, some of this will be adjusted so that it is still interesting, and so that people who know me won't realise it's me writing this.
In short, I'll write my own experience but replace it with a character most of you know: Izuku Midoriya. Nobody's names will be mentioned, and will instead be replaced with people in the MHA universe (but correlation to the story)

Izuku flinched like he'd been electrocuted. He grabbed the hoodie off the floor and yanked it over his head with shaking hands, tugging it down fast like it might erase everything he'd just been.
He wiped at his face, too hard, and turned just as Katsuki stepped into the doorway.
“Hey,” he said quickly. Too quickly. Too bright.
Katsuki blinked. His eyes narrowed just slightly, instantly suspicious.
“You okay?”
“Yeah,” Izuku lied, voice too high. “Just… hot. Took the hoodie off for a sec.”
Katsuki didn’t respond right away. He just looked. His gaze lingered—sharp, observant, gentle , even when his brow furrowed.
“You look pale.”
Izuku laughed all soft, and forced, like it hurt. “Probably just hungry.”
Katsuki didn’t press. He rarely did, not at first. He gave Izuku space to open the door himself.
But his eyes stayed locked on him. He didn’t move.

Izuku Midoriya is a well-known vigilante, Kumo, who gained recognition within the past 2 years from the underground community and for the past few months has also been on Eraserhead's radar. Cue Dadzawa trying to figure out the boy's past without scaring him off but everybody knows- trust is earned and can shatter just as easily as a Prince Rupert's Drop. -
