Summary
Even after becoming the Direct Royal Rei Akira still has a lot of unfinished business and a lot of questions regarding his place in the world. There's a lot of matters to sort out, and most of them include Shirogane. But he's not staying the same. And his questions aren't. He tries to see if he can get some answers by flipping the tables.
A thoughtful inquiry on grief, resentment, acceptance and growth from adversity. My attempt on sorting out everything that’s beyond the scope of a shounen/shoujo/shounen-ai manga and anime.
This piece is based on a combination of anime and manga. That being said, although I tried to stick to the canonical events from manga, the main base for the relationship dynamics is mostly the anime since I find it more interesting this way. I'm also not that much interested in strictly adhering to canon at this point so there probably are a lot of inaccuracies. Also please forgive me for any errors, as English it's my mother tongue.
