This is messier than the wildest thing Thor had ever imagined, he could not predict the outcome at all, but he needed to stand with him, even just to make sure Loki and the child would be alive, from Odin’s potential wrath(though he still believed the possibility is low), or from childbirth’s potential difficulties, and Loki’s in pain, so much pain…
Or: Loki almost gave birth to Thor’s children alone, Thor was so grateful that didn’t happen.

Warning: This is a fic where Loki went into labor and Thor helped to deliver his baby, so yes, it contains detailed and realistic scenes of childbirth. Probably not for everyone.

It’s an AU, yes; it’s an high school AU, yes; but why does it makes me feel like something equivalent to the “high school sweetheart” and “cast out smart kid” really happened in Asgard. Very well written and very true to the characters, not only Thor and Loki but also their friends, better than a lot of canon-divergent fic, bravo, amazing!

They find a body (well, many bodies) that sticks out to Tony and he pulls the ship aside to scoop a (presumably) dead Loki from the vacuum of space.Loki didn’t think he was dead.
