Summary
Loki Odinson has always been kept on a very tight leash. For as long as he could remember, more so than even his brother and he had never truly questioned these restrictions. He assumed it was fairly normal and even that his parents had their reasons. Now in college he sees the perfect opportunity to prove to his father he's serious about stepping into his shoes one day, but the plan backfires and it only winds up revealing the truth of his own identity and succeeds in driving him from his home.

A new threat looms over the Nine Realms, forcing Thor to turn to the only man he knows he can never trust—his brother, long since lost to him, who now waits patiently for his moment, once again imprisoned in the dungeons of Asgard.
But this time, the God of Mischief will have to face something entirely unexpected, and he may discover that turning his back on everything is not so simple when there is something to lose.
