Summary
When Clive Rosfield returned to Rosaria after thirteen years as imperial slave, he had expected his life to run in smoother lines. His wedding with the Princess of the North is as good as set, but neither of them could have even imagined what currents had been set in motion with the awakening of Ifrit. Valisthea has become a playing ground and Clive is standing in the middle of a maelstrom.
Sequel to my story "Who I really Am" in which Phoenix Gate still happened, but Elwin survived, while Clive ended up in imperial slavery, so it might be good to read that one before.
