Summary
Ilya struggles to chase his dream of becoming a well known and respected actor. for now it is harder for him to even get side roles or just acting gigs in general but that's okay to him as long as he has a friend who loves him with his life and ilya has the light of his life infront of his eyes, everytime he steps out in the industry; there are posters of the new debutant actor shane hollander everywhere, he has stolen ilya's heart with his sweet smile and his honey brown eyes.
when ilya sees shane face to face there is some type of fear behind shane's eyes that do not let him rest. He makes it his life's motive to bring the sparkle back in shane's eyes but destiny has other plans. Maybe in another life then.

Summary
I was watching Scenes from Our Marriage with Oscar Isaac (my short king!) and Jessica Chastain and I thought wouldn't it be great to screw up Shane and Ilya's marriage?
In all seriousness, that show broke me when I saw it years ago and I thought it was a great meditation on what happens when you love someone, but you can't stop hurting each other and you can't move past what broke you apart.
For all of the terrible things that happen in this fic, I am a HOLLANOV stan and nothing will keep them apart!
Shane and Ilya broke up after the tuna melt sitch. They separated until Shane is traded to the Centaurs.

Summary
In 2014, Shane Hollander walked away from hockey, from the spotlight, and from every dream he built since he was 8 years old.
In 2014, Ilya Rozanov felt like he was losing himself. So he pushed everything away, so no one would get hurt when he eventually cracked.
Years later, they reunite, Shane — with so many scars, a thousand secrets, and a heart that never learned how to let go.
Ilya Rozanov thought he knew what losing felt like.

Summary
After Shane's plan to come out to Ilya in Tampa falls through, the pair have a falling out. There is no cottage. Instead, Ilya is forced to wait and see Shane at a charity event being held in New York. Ilya hopes that, after a miserable summer apart, he and Shane can reconcile.
There's just one problem.
Jordan Bragg, a forward for the New York Admirals, has also come out as gay. Stunningly handsome, funny, and just what a heartbroken Hollander needs, Jordan makes it clear that Ilya Rozanov isn't the only one after the Metro's star centre.

Summary
Ilya wrapped an arm around his husband. “It is okay if you need to have a day to not do things,” he replied. “I can help you, baby.”
“Please don’t call me that right now.”
“Is this about the blanket?”
“I’m not a fucking baby.”
“I know that, Shane,” Ilya soothed. “It helps you to be calm, is okay.”Or: Shane navigates autism, pregnancy, and eventually, parenthood. Ilya navigates how he is supposed to fit all of this love in his body without imploding.
