Summary
After the events of Heroes of Olympus, Zeus, fueled by jealousy, kills Kymopoleia, goddess of violent sea storms and daughter of Poseidon, igniting a civil war between the two brothers that risks dragging all of Olympus into it.
Percy and Annabeth, who were hoping to have a well-deserved rest after saving the world twice, get swept right into it, as they tend to whenever anything important happens.Old friends dabble in betrayal, existing bonds are strengthened in unlikely circumstances, and a whole lot of yapping happens.
