Summary
When Hiroshi was delivering food to Sensei, he was greeted by a pretty bad sight. Turned out Sensei fell ill and Hiroshi decided to take care of him. For the whole day, there were just the two of them and as the day progresses, Sensei struggles painstakingly to get better, so Hiroshi need not tire himself out, especially when he's already exhausted.
