Summary
Most of Konoha's tengu are guardians working to keep the village safe. But Obito? Well, Obito runs a stall. He sells hats, charms, blankets, and baskets — whatever the humans are willing to buy. There's something he needs to do, and for that, he needs money.
One day, he spots the silvery frame of an obvious yokai, a foreigner to their lands whose pouch is lined with coins, and is hired as a guide. He doesn't know who this man is or the connection between them.
Perhaps he never will.

Summary
“There,” Sasuke had some rice and tofu and tomatoes and peppers to feed the child with, setting it all to the dining table. “Eat, please.”
This was too much for Naruto’s feelings. He felt tears spilling down his face again at the look of proper food he knew he can’t eat. He looked down, so hungry it hurt, and tried not to shake with sobs.
“What is it? Eat, please, will you?”
Naruto didn't make a sound, but Sasuke could tell there was something awfully wrong. And the second he wanted to ask, what is it, is he hurt? Is the storm too much? Is he too scared? Is he cold? Does he need anything - some water, probably, that kid must have been thirsty! - but he never got the chance, because Naruto whispered a sad and broken: “I have no money.”
/Naruto is treated like a monster. Sasuke watches him struggle, and decides to intervene./

“Who are you, and where do your allegiances lie? There are very few shinobi of your calibre that we don’t know about yet. Especially someone as old as yourself,” Little Kakashi demands.
“Yeah, you look even older than sensei,” mini-Rin chimes in from behind mini-Kakashi, crouching next to mini-Obito.
He’s a little offended. If Minato is considered old at twenty-three, then Kakashi is practically a fossil. Apparently, none of these kids understand the concept of living past like, fifteen.

Hatake Kakashi had honestly (and perhaps naively) thought he’d already hit his midlife crisis by the time he’s thirty-two. Being pushed into the Hokage hat after a war tended to do that to one.
But finding himself almost twenty years in the past (parallel universe/elaborate genjutsu/weird drug induced coma?) probably takes the cake for the most insane twist of fate.
OR: Kakashi wakes up twenty years in the past, with the chance to save all his loved ones from their deaths, and himself from tragedy.
