Summary
1971 is the year of beginnings - it is the year that heralds the beginning of the friendship that will change the world forever. Four mismatched boys take the Hogwarts Express to begin their first year at the magical boarding school, unaware that they will be the ones to play arguably the most significant roles in the Wizarding War blossoming on the horizon. However, while James, Sirius, Remus and Peter are still trapped in their childish world, unaware of what they are about to do, the dark thoughts at the back of Severus' mind begin to stir and Lily soon realises that not every friendship is based on truth. But when the foundation of lies threatens to crumble beneath her feet, the one she has long loathed lends her a hand and perhaps Lily can admit to herself that she has been wrong about more than one boy.
This is a very, very long fanfic, that I´ve been working on since 2022. My first language is german, so thats what I wrote it in, but I´ll be starting to slowly translate it to english, so I can garner a broader audience. Sorry for any mistakes, I guess, as I refuse to learn the english grammar lol. F*ck JKR, she is a TERF and i hate her. Trans rights are human rights!!

Vier ungleiche Jungen nehmen den Hogwarts-Express, um ihr erstes Jahr am magischen Internat zu beginnen, unwissend, dass sie es sein werden, die die wohl bedeutendsten Rollen im Zaubererkrieg spielen werden, der am Horizont erblüht. Während James, Sirius, Remus und Peter allerdings noch in ihrer kindlichen Welt gefangen sind und nicht wissen, was sie anrichten werden, rühren sich langsam die düsteren Gedanken im Hinterkopf von Severus und Lily muss bald erkennen, dass nicht jede Freundschaft auf Wahrheit basiert. Doch wenn das Fundament aus Lügen unter ihren Füßen zu bröckeln droht, schenkt ihr derjenige die Hand, den sie schon lange verabscheute und vielleicht kann Lily sich eingestehen, dass sie sich in mehr als einem Jungen geirrt hat.
Longfic, beginnend mit dem ersten Jahr der Marauders auf Hogwarts, bishin zum Ende des ersten Kriegs, vielleicht oder vielleicht auch nicht schreibe ich das Ende anders weil ich es verdiene. Also F*ck JKR, she's a bitch and I hate her. Trans Rights are Human Rights.
