Summary
“The mermaids are foolish enough to succumb to the most pathetic weakness. Love.” The captain sneers, and he kicks the scratched wooden door open with a slam.
Jimin gasps, and his hands fly up to clap over his mouth, heart slamming into his throat. The chains are blood-soaked, and wound so cruelly tightly around the boy hanging limply from them, bruised wrists and battered chest and a cruel collar viciously locked around his neck, chained to the wall behind him. But above everything, Jimin’s wide eyes and heaving lungs are caught on the enormous tail, deep purple iridescent scales, chained heavily and locked against the wooden slats at their feet. His bare torso is marred with dark bruising, littered with slashes, and his head hangs as if unconscious against his chest, long dark hair covering his face as he stirs weakly.
“See, those beasts I told you about?” The captain drawls, smug and aloof. “There’s six of them, with the power to take down any ship and capture any treasure and best any man, any king. And me?”
The captain leans down until his hard-lined face is inches from the mermaid’s, smirking when he flinches back with a quiet gasp and throwing Jimin a darkly victorious grin. “I have their youngest.”Bookmarked by Ron_Potter

Shuffling to the side to grasp one of the ceiling straps, he yawns and lets his gaze drift around the train, even more sparse than when he'd gotten on earlier, an elderly couple in seats beside the door, a teenage boy slouched beside a scooter all the way on the other end, and in the seats on the end of the train car behind Namjoon - a very familiar little boy, fluffy dark hair and big eyes and absolutely dwarfed by the plastic seat. The electric alarm floods through Namjoon's veins like ice, and he straightens, eyes wide. It's the same boy, there's no doubt about it. He has the same frightened posture and the same pale lilac shirt and he's sitting in the same seat. Namjoon's eyes fly to the graffiti on the door again, silently confirming as his heart races, that this is definitely the same train, and this is definitely the same boy and none of the same other passengers, which means... which means that this little boy is riding the train alone, and that he rode it to the end and didn't get off when it reversed directions, and - and how long has he been on the train, why is he alone, where is he going, does he even know how dangerous -

Summary
Jeon Jungkook is the ruling Alpha King of his lands. He is as mighty as he is feared, but he has yet to take on a Queen Consort, being repulsed by even the faintest hint of omegan smell.
