(A fanfiction inspired by the movie 'Thirteen' by Catherine Hardwicke)
In which Nikita Lytkin was a religious, golden boy in St. Michael's Academy, an all-boys boarding school, meeting his new roommate Artyom Anoufriev. A few incidents led him to a realization that he is nothing close to how Artyom carried himself. Yet, he couldn't pull away from Artyom when he found something they relate to, their situation at their homes.
Artyom held Nikita's hand as they sank deeper into the world that had always felt like comfort to him. The promise of forever felt real to Artyom when he had Nikita around his fingers. Until he gripped too hard and everything slips away piece by piece.
