Summary

Summary
Dahlia Potter is finally able to escape from her horrible relatives when she is invited to Hogwarts. She is desperate not to waste her fresh start. Unfortunately, she is sorted into Slytherin and almost the whole school hates her for it. Her only solace being Pansy Parkinson of all people, who inexplicably treats her like a human being.
So it's gonna be pretty obvious that this is my first fic (AKA it won't be the greatest), so please give me some feedback (and tag recommendations)
Also, I'm writing this as a coping mechanism and there's going to be looots of angst (and fluff). Just be prepared for 'getting past suicidal tendencies' to be a big part of this fic.
Anyway, I've got plans to go till like fourth year, but who knows if I'll ever get that far. :/

Summary
Harmony Potter's only escape from the awful Dursleys is her school and her friends, Carrie and Anna. With their help, she hatches from her egg. When Harmony arrives to the magical world, they've never heard of trans people before, but that's not going to stop her.
I'll be putting my own spin on the trans!Harry concept, and I'll emphasize trans joy in the face of an unaccepting world. I'll be following the original text fairly closely, at least initially. I'm also trying to address and/or cut out many of JKR's bigotries along the way. See the end notes of each chapter for bigotries removed.
Clarification: This is a spitefic, not a fanfic. JKR is a terrible, bigoted, transphobic, and hateful person, leading a political movement that actively harms trans people day in and day out. The original texts contain the seeds of what she would go on to do. If you like this work, please never buy anything she profits from.
