Summary
Henry realizes his family needs a break after all this fairytale crap and drama, so he suggests his two moms and his grandparents go on a trip to Las Vegas. He has been dreaming of a vacation for a long time, and why not Vegas? Regina is obviously reluctant at first, but everyone convinces her that they all need a break.
However, the unexpected happens:
One day during the trip, Emma and Regina are left alone and decide to get drunk. A lot of flirty comments and provocations later, Emma surprises Regina with a suggestion the brunette wouldn't have expected in a million years: to elope. It gets a bit complicated in the morning after when they have to deal with the consequences. A season re-write of Kara and Lena becoming best friends, realizing they have more than platonic feelings for their best friend, being in denial for a little bit, fighting everyone who judges their relationship and says they shouldn’t be friends, whilst wanting to be more than friends, defending each other at all costs, helping each other when things get hard, and just being hopelessly in love. With appearances of Winn being Kara’s best bro, Alex who needs to chill and stop being so overprotective, James who is being a little bit of a hypocrite and should learn how to separate Luthors and Supers, everyone just being a tad bit judgmental, tabloids invading their privacy and speculating on their relationship, and Kara and Lena not giving a fuck because they believe in each other and what they feel and that’s all that matters.

Kara Danvers was still getting used to her dual identity: CatCo reporter by day, Supergirl by night—or, you know, whenever disaster (or hostile aliens) decided to strike. When Lena Luthor showed up in National City claiming she wanted to transform her notoriously anti-alien family’s company into a “force for good,” Kara wasn’t sure what to believe. Was Lena really as different from her Super-hating brother and mother as she seemed? And why was it that Kara couldn’t seem to stop thinking about her lovely—er, her brilliant—about her?
When she’d moved her father’s company to National City, Lena had hoped to turn over a new leaf both for the embattled corporation and for the Luthor name. But with first Lex sending his goons after her and now their mother doing a convincing stint as the devil incarnate, those plans had flown out the window. At this point, Lena was just trying to weather the latest assault and survive a potential coup by L Corp’s board—oh, and deal with the highly inconvenient crush she had somehow managed to develop on Superman’s cousin.
