   Summary

   "Quirks... they really were a curse, after all." Izuku's voice trembles with realization, tears streaming down his face as he confronts the devastating revelation. He brings the knife closer to his throat.

   The man remains ominously quiet.

   "I was..." he chokes on his words, his anguish palpable, "I was my own enemy. All this time..."

   Or, in the eerie silence of their home, a young Izuku returns with his father, only to encounter the chilling sight of his mother's lifeless body, a victim of a mysterious and sinister murder. As the tendrils of darkness envelop his world, Izuku stumbles upon hidden truths, his thirst for vengeance changing everything. Literally everything.
