    Standing over the mercenary, Max looks at him for a moment. He's half-covered in blood, armor scuffed and worn out where it's strapped to his body. He looks deceptively slim, but Max had felt first-hand the strength behind his blows. A pair of brown eyes stare fixedly at Max's visor.

    He's lifting his sword, ready to strike him down, when the man opens his mouth and speaks.

    "Max?"
