Summary
Some people were allowed to touch Ichigo. His close friends could put an arm over or around his shoulders, could rest against him or pull at his arms or sleeves. His less intimate but still accepted friends were allowed the same freedom some days, but Ichigo stayed out of touching distance on others.
His sisters could pounce on his back, knock him to the ground and scrub up his hair without more than a few annoyed words. More often they caught his attention by catching his arm, poking him, or literally wrapping themselves around him. Kisuke had observed Yuzu hanging onto his back and chattering his ear off as he walked homewards more than once.
Everyone else, those who weren’t part of Ichigo’s chosen people?
They could touch him if he didn’t see them coming or couldn’t move out of the way without being obvious about it—or as when Yoruichi launched herself at him without someone else being hurt by his moving away—but largely he avoided it discretely when he could.
Kisuke had borrowed Ichigo’s brooding spot a bit when he realized that he’d somehow made it into his people.

You make them stronger and you cover their weak spots while pointing them out and training counters so they become strengths. When they’re down you stand over them and you slaughter anyone and anything that threatens them even if it comes down to ripped nails and bloody teeth,” he bared his own as he glared down into wide brown. “And you, Kurosaki Ichigo, are mine.”

I found a super cute prompt about Ichigo kinda getting an accidental baby via the Hogyoku and my brain went in an entirely different direction with it, so here you go. Have an A/B/O Verse that kinda spun out of control.
Both Ichigo and Kisuke are adults, so nothing Underage happens.
