After Kreacher's mission with Voldemort, Regulus begins to take a hard look at what he originally believed and fought for, and his values and intentions begin to change. But just as it does so, his life begins to fall apart. Eventual Regulus/James/Lily. Told from Regulus' POV, and occasionally from Spike's POV.

    Regulus didn't know how it happened but he was falling for his brothers best friend, James Potter, the one person his parents told him to stay away from and hate. He tried to deny it but the boy was so captivating and beautiful Regulus couldn't help but get swept up in a fantasy world where it was just them.

    How could he have let this happen? His parents would surely kill him, Sirius' betrayal was one thing but Regulus falling in love with the enemy...he wouldn't survive this mistake. (He does survive, no one dies, I am not a monster, lol)
