Summary
People left the Spring court after the war, even if it was meant to thrive afterward. It should have thrived, Prythian won. The hybern king and his torment and constant war efforts were gone for good, most killed, some captured, the rest fled like whipped dogs. So why was the Spring court deteriorating? Calanmai hadn't been practiced for good two years, which was catastrophic. Many of Spring’s people left after their highlord began to waste away, from eye witnesses he should be happy but apparently not. The high lord of night had been sighted twice, not on good terms apparently with how angry he left. Some other night court cronies came too, alongside the heir to the autumn throne.
