Nick Blaine finds himself trapped in Gilead with an unwanted new wife, who he is trying, and failing miserably to connect with, as he effortlessly and unwillingly climbs the ranks of the elite in a world he despises.
The love of his life, June Osborne, is safe and out of reach in Canada with their daughter, a bittersweet source of endless sleepless nights.
Or at least that is what he thinks.This story takes place a few months after 4x10 and it will follow into the The Testaments storyline. Basically this is my take on what I would like to see happening in season 5 as they transition into the spin off, and obviously won't happen.
It's heavily based on Nick's POV, at least for most of the first part.
It may contain spoilers from The Testaments.
