Summary
After Rome, everything seemed hopeless. The demigods of the Argo II were leaderless. The heart and soul of their quest was now on a one-way trip to Tartarus. Monsters escaped through the Doors of Death and desecrated the House of Hades. New enemies attacked every step of the way. The demigod camps had war on their horizons.
No demigods had ever fallen into Tartarus and lived to escape. Mother Earth thought that she had won the second the Heroes of Olympus fell.
Gaea should have known better than to count out the daughter of Poseidon and the son of Apollo. The greats were fated to fall.

Summary
I’ve been having Thoughts and Feelings about Poseidon’s lack of his legendary protectiveness, and Sally Jackson’s so called Good Mum-ness. Especially because, well, yes EPIC: The Musical is to blame. Who knows, maybe that fandom will pop its head in at some point, too...
DISCLAIMER: I don't hate Sally. I love Sally. But I needed to create a space where I get to explore some of what the books denied us in various forms and at various stages. I know the books are written from Percy's perspective so that definitely colours things, but I am hoping to explore things in a more realistic and balanced light.

Summary
Hestia sees all. She sees Thalia and Jason, one suffering on the streets and one suffering at Camp Jupiter. She watches Camp Half-Blood and sees how they prioritize certain campers over others, she sees how much the old ways have been forgotten, how much the children’s education has been neglected, how much Chiron has done wrong and decides enough is enough. If her family isn’t going to properly take care of their kids then she will. She takes matters into her own hands and guides children to a new settlement of her own making.
