An idea flashed through Mk's head as he watched Azure Lion use all of his power to contain the cracks around him: the Jade Emperor's omnipresence was only manageable by millions of years of preparation for such power.

Summary
Ages ago, the Brotherhood fought against the Celestial Realm, sick of living their lives squirming under their ironclad thumb of the Jade Emperor.
Except this time they won, and Azure Lion took the throne while Wukong and Macaque retired to Flower Fruit Mountain.
Everything seemed perfect until a prophecy drove the new emperor mad, a prophecy foretelling the downfall of his new domain, destruction brought by a child of stone and shadow. When he received news of the unaware monkeys' new bundle of joy, his actions were swift and brutal.
But they weren't enough.
Years later, MK leads a simple life with his adoptive parents and an amnesia-ridden Macaque, that is until MK's power surfaces and alerts the Celestial Realm to their whereabouts. Secrets unravel as MK must journey through unfamiliar lands in search of his father's mystical staff, their only hope to stop the crazed Celestial Emperor.

Summary

So I basically made Mk and Co pirates, Red Son gets snatched by poor pirate Gold and Silver duo because he's a prince and their a little stupid, get's rescued by Mk and Co, and he has to deal with the Monkey King's crew until they can deliver him back to his kingdom.

Red Son didn't care about the group of chaotic pirates that had (unfortunately) rescued him, all he needed to do was put up with them until he was home, where he could get back to his workshop, and forget this ever happened. Which would be a lot easier if the Monkey King and Six Eared Macaque's child would leave him alone!!!

Everyone knew that the power of the rulers of the Celestial Monkey Kingdom was not to be taken lightly. Two powerful monkeys had created their own prosperous and wealthy kingdom despite the fury of the heavens. They and their sworn brothers confronted the Jade Emperor himself, demanding the independence of their peoples. The emperor had no choice but to accept peace with them, and thus the kingdoms of the Mountain of Flowers and Fruits and the Brotherhood of Gold were established. Two kingdoms coexisting in perfect harmony.
But all good things must come to an end. LBD had been defeated long ago, but her sectarian acolytes were still alive and seeking revenge for their goddess, so they hid, waiting for the perfect moment to strike against the sun and the moon. This moment came when the two rulers were filled with joy at the birth of the egg of their future child, and the egg was stolen, leaving only crumbs of stone behind.
The suffering consumed the kings, who vowed to destroy every last follower of LBD with the greatest of suffering.
Five years later, a little demon monkey decides to go to the parade of the rulers he so admired.
