    Oikawa, on a surface level, does not care for Kageyama as a person the same way he doesn't care about her academic ineffectualness or her contrasting athletic prowess. He’s heard about it (he can’t, for the love of all that is sacred to Oikawa, make that bastard UshiWaka shut up about it) and he couldn't care any less either, just how she couldn't care less about the contents of his class if not for her scholarship, therefore, her place in the team, being threatened.

    Oikawa realizes he can morally justify anything to himself as long as he knows which doctrines to draw from.
