At some point during the D&D campaign, Adam mentioned that his back-up character (in case Baradun dies) is Eugene. Which, considering just who Eugene is, is a rather questionable decision. Eugene is in no way an adventurer.
So what WOULD have to happen to turn Eugene into an adventurer? What would happen if Eugene was a part of the team, had been a part of the team from the beginning, had affected and influenced the story... and, as a result, had kicked the story off two years early?
