    Himeko feels conflicted. If Kafka’s so good at bringing peace at her fingertips and metaphor, why can’t she do the same in reality? Why surrender to a fate that inclines you to kill, blood spilling at your feet? Himeko felt confused, because she’s starting to waver. She has the Express— a family to look after as a mother figure. She has the Express where she can be at an arm's reach in the universe she loves, making wishes at every dying star in the galaxy.

    And now she hates that she wishes this becomes real, too. Something that lasts forever.
