“Hey guys, can you all hang back a minute? I need to talk to you about something,” he says, pulling the door closed behind him.
Hen looks up from her phone, glancing around at Eddie, Ravi, and Harry. “Sure, Cap. Should we wait for Buck?”
Chim sighs and shakes his head. “It’s…it’s about Buck.”

Summary
“You scared the shit out of me Eddie. I–,” he pauses sharply, “–I thought you were dead. You can’t–,” Buck inhales deeply, looking up as tears threaten to spill. “I don’t know what I would have done if you died, Eddie.”
Eddie is silent, just staring at Buck. He lets out a huge sigh, smiling to himself as he leans his head back. Buck is confused, about to speak, before he’s cut off.
“You’re into me, too. I knew the way you reacted to me was something more than being shy.”
Buck is dumbstruck. You’re into me, too. His hands are shaking, feeling a wave of panic flood through his body. His mouth opens and closes, fighting to find his words.
“I–,” Buck takes a step back, looking around the room. “I don’t know what you’re talking about–.”
“Let me take you out, for real.”or where eddie is a fighter who keeps getting hurt, buck is his dr and eddie cant help but flirt with him.

“Do I frighten you?” it asks in a worried tone. “I do not wish to make you uncomfortable. I barely wished to intrude and join your company at all.”
“No, it’s fine,” you respond, forcing yourself to look in its direction. “It’s that I’m… well, I’m a bit drunk. I guess I’m not the soundest, y’know?” The silence between you two is deafening. “I mean, I bet you’re a wonderful guy. You seem like it. I’m just, like, a little out of it. Yeah.” You try to brush it off with a soft chuckle. You may not be able to see its eyes but you can tell its stare is solemn and serious.
“I feel I must leave you then,” it says softly. “My meddling must be an annoyance to you and I do not want to be an inconvenience upon you.” It begins to rise from its seat and walk away. A rush goes to your head as lurch yourself forward to grab its wrist and drag it back over. Its skin is coarse and cold, not too dissimilar from the stone graves surrounding the two of you.
“No, please stay!” you call out. “You are not an inconvenience. I’m sorry. I could really use the company right now.”
Or; you meet a mysterious being on a walk home from the club one night. You are immediately intrigued by him but cannot place who or what he is.

It was Eddie’s turn to cut her off. “No. Buck wouldn’t do that,” Eddie rushed out. A new wave of nausea was making his throat tingle. “He wouldn’t.”
“Wouldn’t he?” Maddie’s voice was practically inaudible.
Eddie desperately sifted through his memories, looking for answers. Almost right away, he could list several occasions Buck put himself on the line. He knew about the time he recklessly crashed on his motorcycle, and he always took risks on the job. Buck never valued his life the way Eddie did.
Maddie was right. It wasn’t Buck’s first attempt. Eddie wasn’t even sure if it was his second, third, or fourth.
“Wait—” Eddie took a breath, trying so hard not to lose his mind. “You said it was three weeks ago. Why are you just telling me now?”
“He didn’t tell me,” Maddie added. He could tell she was crying now.
Eddie’s heart broke into a thousand pieces. “He didn’t—”
“He didn’t tell anyone, Eddie."
