Summary
Turns out, having eighty percent of all shinobi lives in the combined Great Countries get wiped out over all of three days is actually a pretty destabilizing event. Unsurprisingly, there are some who aren’t too happy with the power balance that’s lasted nearly a hundred years, and want to take advantage of this.
Revolution, as they might call it, isn’t always the holy crusade they like to say it is.
It started with Shimo and Yu’s alliance.
It ended with Sunagakure’s fall.
