Summary
Caitlyn has just moved to a small coastal town shrouded in dark woods hoping to escape her bustling and stressful life in the city as a police officer. She expects a quiet new chapter of her life living on her own but quickly is handed a new fixation when Violet, a waitress at the local bar and diner, comes into the station seeking help with a murderous stalker that seems to be tormenting her home by the water’s edge. The two are quick to become a duo, working together to figure out who- or what- is haunting Vi and how they stop it. This is a coastal gothic aesthetic horror AU set in the early 2000s. Think Twin Peaks and Twilight meets the characters of Arcane.

Summary
"I mean this is ridiculous! If this is how you do business, then I think you ought-”
“I’m sorry, I think you’ve got the wrong number,” the woman cut her off.
Vi felt her face go so hot she was sure that it was visibly steaming in the winter air. Of course it was a fucking wrong number - just the cherry on top of an already shit morning. She struggled to conjure up some sort of apology. Instead, what came out was, “Oh. Well, thank god, because I was feeling really bad about yelling at someone who sounds so sexy.”
As soon as the words left her mouth she wished she had a spare hand to cram them back inside. She was considering just abruptly hanging up when a breathy chuckle filtered across the line.
“Awfully bold for someone who’s ranting about cement to a stranger at eight o’clock in the morning.”
OR: Vi is a construction worker with no time for relationships... until she accidentally dials a wrong number and the stranger on the other line upends her entire life.- Language:

But, with an Asari Commando, a genius engineer (and old friend), a Krogan preservationist and, a Quarian medical expert by her side, all under the command of the grumpy Turian Captain of the custom frigate 'The Sinestrus', surely it can't be that hard?
First though, she has to get the pink-haired mercenary they just broke out of custody to stop flirting with her and cooperate...

Summary
Driving out to her family’s lake house, Caitlyn Kiramman—a Piltovan cause lawyer—finds herself stranded on the roadside with a flat tire. Vi, a beautiful and independent biker, with music blaring and engine roaring, comes across a woman in need. Despite their differences—Vi, a Zaunite with a rough past, and Caitlyn, a Piltovan of old money and status—they unite and find they have more in common than either could have ever imagined. Vi, with her choppy red hair, muscles, tattoos, and piercings, becomes more than just a good Samaritan—she sparks something in Caitlyn, and in turn, Caitlyn ignites something in Vi. Indeed, there is proof that friendships can form in the most unlikely of places. This is a story of trust, self-discovery, and realizing that sometimes home is not simply a place. Sometimes a home is a person. Home is where the heart is.
