Boq Woodsman wants freedom, love, and a future bigger than Munchkinland ever allowed him. At Shiz, an overachieving Omega with too many thoughts collides with a careless prince who notices him anyway. One semester, one dance, one moment, and their whole lives change. This is an Alternate Universe take on Wicked, with a strong focus on romance and character dynamics, and does not follow canon.

"Come on, I'm sure if I asked anybody in this room to a date, they'd accept." He declared, confidently, gesturing towards the library full of students. Galinda hummed, looking around the room. "Are you sure about that?" She asked, playfully. "One hundred percent. How about this, point out anybody in this room, and I'll ask them out right now. I guarantee you they'll accept."
Galinda mischievously smiled, looking around the room for her victim. Her eyes settled on somebody, and Pfannee and ShenShen began laughing, hands clasped to their mouths. "You did not." Said Pfannee, and Galinda giggled, pointing towards somebody in the back of the room. "Him." She declared. Fiyero knew they were laughing for a reason, though, he was up for the challenge, whatever it was.
He followed her pointer finger to a boy sitting at a table by himself near the back of the library, a book in his hands as he read silently. This should be easy. He was already alone. Possibly the easiest one yet.
Fiyero chuckled confidently. "Easy," he said. "Watch this." He jumped down from the table, shooting Galinda one last wink before approaching the boy.
