Summary
Peter didn’t have the easiest life. His parents were geniuses and spies. They died when he was 6 and he was taken by HYDRA, before any other family members could take him into custody. From there he was experimented on, his mind taken apart and put back together, his right leg and eye were removed and replaced with metal/fake ones and he was given spider-like powers including strength, enhanced senses, the ability to climb on walls and a danger sense.
Peter escaped at age 10 and has been on the run for around 4 and a half years. He became Spiderman when he was 13, as a way to deal with his past trauma, help people and put his abilities to good use, and he has been happily doing that until recently when Nick Fury sent the avengers to track him down and try to catch him.

Peter was raised by hydra from ages 6-10 and became spiderman once he escaped. The avengers were eventually sent after him not knowing he used to be hydra
(What Sokovia Accords? They don’t exist. Of course Bucky is with the Avengers.)
