He heard a growl and a grunt—at least he’s there. The light began to dim, and Kacchan’s gravelly voice answered, “Yeah, Deku, I’m fuckin’ fine. It’ll take a stronger hit than that to knock me out; you should know your mate better than that.”
Izuku froze. The voice was Kacchan’s, the vocabulary was Kacchan’s, but that was definitely not Kacchan.
Mate? Izuku turned bright red at the word, but shook it off, his worries for Kacchan’s safety override his flustered thoughts. Finally, opening his eyes, he saw a man that had Kacchan’s face, but he’s more muscular, taller, tattooed, and pierced, and his clothing...this man was not from this world.
