In which All For One becomes a dad, the Dekusquad becomes a gang of felons, and Aizawa wonders how he ended up with 21 depressed teenagers as his children.
Or, alternatively, shortly after the Liberation War, All For One kidnaps Izuku and uses a brainwashing Quirk on him, causing him to believe they’ve had a good relationship and everyone that ever loved Izuku is actually a liar. Ochaco just wants her best friend back. Que the Dekusquad + Bakugo going on a rampage.
At least they had enough money to buy mochi.

Summary
Inko Midoriya died screaming.
Izuku was supposed to meet Kacchan after school. He’d been excited, kicking his feet under his desk, scribbling notes about Kacchan’s Quirk.
He never made it.
The apartment was too quiet. No TV, no humming from the kitchen—just his mother’s voice, tight with fear.
Then the lights flickered.
"You have no idea what you are, do you?"
The voice slithered down his spine, cold and wrong. A shadow stretched across the walls, swallowing the warmth of home.
His mother shoved him behind her. "Stay back!" she cried. "Don’t touch my son!"
The man chuckled. "Oh, but he’s mine. He always has been."
Then the world snapped.
Blood. A gurgled breath. Something heavy collapsing.
Izuku screamed. Reached forward—too late. A hand, smooth and cold, pressed against his forehead.
Memories unraveled. Kacchan’s grin. His mother’s hands. The warmth of home. One by one, they slipped away.
And when the last of them was gone, the shadow whispered, "My son."
Izuku Midoriya was gone.
And the boy who followed All For One into the darkness didn’t remember why that mattered.
