If you don't know who I am, I self ship/yume ship with Grim from smiling/ frowning friends. And now im making a fic about our origin and how we first met. and how we started.. yknow... dating... hehehahahehrhrrmrmrmr
So, this is a self ship fic written in 3rd person. I dont use my name, only my pronouns, so technically if you try really hard you can pretend to be in my shoes idk
This takes place after they died, being revived, and now working on their morals because dying scared the shit out of them :D so now they try not to be total dicks
And, they end up hiring me to be their marketing team. making flyers to promote their upcoming speeches and rallies. and obviously me and grim end up kissing and gnarly ends up becoming like an older brother to me and we all are a found family and we laugh and skip off into the distance. a happy ending for reformed villains

I've been having very silly and dystopian thoughts in my brain... and Gnarly notices, and he's like, "nah," and he makes Grim take me home.
For context, the character- me, I, you, whatever- works at Frowning Friends as their sole marketing employee. Mostly working on flyers which are spread during speech protests. Dabbles occasionally in the speech drafts, and the business cards.... Just making sure that the frowns are spread EVERYWHERE..
This is TOTALLY a self insert... I'm so sorry... But it's vague enough where I think you can still enjoy it..... And there's undertones of me and Grim being together but everything is kinda platonic if you squint...

Summary
Stanley's been running a moderately successful pet store for well over a decade at this point. He has seen many businesses come and go on the block his store held its foundation on, watching the world carry on as he was fortunate enough to stay put.
It isn't until the exact day a new shop shacked up across from him that he read the email from his landlord, informing other business owners on the block of a new tenant.
No one could blame Stanley for letting his curiosity pull him towards the window, fixing to get a look at what the owner across from him would be selling. A flower shop to rival the nice folks next to him, or even a tattoo parlor?
Nothing would've prepared Stanley's eyes for the big letters spelling out 'TAXIDERMY SERVICES'.

Well, it's taken a lot of work, but I finally managed to bring the narrator to the real world. As it turns out, neither of us was well equipped for the task of getting him used to reality, where the seasons change and there are no do-overs. Join us as we attempt to navigate this beautiful, horrifying, captivating, lovely, dark world together. The narrator deserves a happy ending and by god, I'll give it to him. Each chapter represents one aspect of the human experience that is close to being universal.
