He felt that numbness started to sink in alongside the resigned acceptance of fate. He found himself thankful for it this time, because at least this time he won’t be alone. Guilt tried to ruin that peace, but Jason ignored it because Damian was safe and they would make it in time for him.

Podfic of "To Eat Well" by SilverSkiesAtMidnight
Author's Summary:
“Here,” Jason says, passing the tray over to Damian. “Go bring Dick this.”Damian redirects his scowl, but the furrow in his brow looks more curious than angry now. “What is it?”
“Papanasi,” he answers. “It’s, uh. It’s something his family used to make.”
Damian accepts the tray, holding it as carefully as he would delicate electronics. “And this will…make him happy?”
He doesn’t laugh at him. “Nah, kid,” he says wearily. “He’s not going to be happy until he knows his family is safe. But it’ll help.”
The smaller boy clambers down from the stool, taking care not to drop the dessert as he does. He hesitates on his way out of the kitchen. “I…am looking forward to Drake’s safe return,” he says.
Jason snorts. “For Grayson’s sake, yeah, yeah.”
“Yes,” he says, shifting on his feet. “For Grayson’s sake.” Another beat, and finally he pads out of the room, very seriously balancing the tray that looks ridiculously large in his small arms.

Summary
Podfic of 'Instead of All the Colors That I Saw' by SilverSkiesAtMidnight.
Dick comes around to stand fully in front of him, keeping a steadying hand on Tim’s arm. “Just because you know you’re safe intellectually doesn’t mean you always feel safe,” he says softly. “It’s okay if you don’t feel safe.”
“But it’s not okay!” Tim bursts out. “Because if I don’t feel safe, then how is Jason supposed to feel safe? He shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable just because my brain is screwed up!”
There’s a faint sound by the door, barely more than an intake of breath, and his eyes snap to the no-longer empty doorway.

Bookmarker's Notes
Wow, this is horrifically underrated. You perfectly encapsulate every mannerism of the characters that I imagine in my head. You give the words the proper emphasis and time that they need to be as emotionally fulfilling & emerging as possible.
Even though I’ve already read this fic before listening, I was hanging on every word you read. Effortlessly Expressing complex emotions and messages in parts, that slipped my initial read. It’s a heart wrenching and emotionally fulfilling performance.Selfishly, I wish your page was full of more pod-fic performances for me to enjoy. I acknowledge that sentiment is discourteous of you, and the laborious love & dedication that goes into a grand performance such as this. So I will stick to being grateful for what I’m gifted

He can do that. So, he hides his injuries, follows orders, and goes home to his dingy, depressing apartment every night. He does that until he can't hide it anymore. All he can do is hope that this doesn't destroy his careful planning.

Summary
“Go, away,” Jason pants out, not looking up but he knows its Dick entering, like he owns the place, or Jason won’t shoot him on sight.
“Little wing?” Dick asks again, apparently ignoring him.
Jason groans in frustration and pulls out one of the guns on his belt, pointing it at Dick. It’s a weak attempt and they both know he won’t shoot, but god does he want to sometimes. He wants to be left alone.
“Said, go away,” Jason grits angrily, he’s having trouble breathing now, this isn’t good.
Dick eyes the gun slightly, but his expression is too relaxed for someone with a gun pointed to his head. Jason groans and throws it to the ground frustrated. Stupid Dickhead doesn’t think Jason won’t shoot him.He might.
He probably won’t, but he might.
- The one where Jason gets shot protecting Robin and has to be taken to the manor to be cared for. Just a look at the relationship between Jason, Bruce and his brothers. Pure and chaotic fluff, hurt and comfort.
