It’s 7:06AM and the phone on the right is ringing. Asa blinks again, the clock on the wall still reads 7:06AM, still in the morning.
Asa doesn’t want to drag herself out of bed at 7:06AM for the business phone, but Denji, Nayuta, and the dogs are probably still asleep. Besides, today is the day she promised to do something to shake up their household dynamic.
“Mhmm… hello, you’ve reach the- uh… Chainsaw Man’s Devils and other anomalies solution agency, how can I help you?”Asa sees a potential partnership with Denji Devil hunting in the private sector. They've only moved in together to save on rent.

Denji, after defeating Yoru, forced her to change her contract with Asa where Asa can be the only one to switch bodies. It's been months but Asa has been getting the therapy she needs with the help of Denji has been getting better, even moving next door to him

Neither wanted to say they were actually dating, only subtly showing they were, it was very awkward, they had only kissed one time and it was on accident, it wasn't really a kiss more like a small brush on the lips. Both of them liked each other but didn't want to show that they did

Summary
Asa and Denji successfully prevent the Apocalypse and solve most of their current problems as of chapter 220. They now need to navigate a world where devils are still a dangerous problem, Asa now has to adjust to having a new devil-powered body with no devil constantly whispering to her, Denji has to come to terms with the loss of his family (again), and how human society and Public Safety view/deal with them. This is intended as a fun happy ending for them that still has fairly canon-compliant struggles though they will not have anything as terrible as what has already happened done to them. They both deserve a happy ending and I fear our lord Fujimoto will give us something upsetting or bittersweet. So enjoy this story of two broken people struggling together to be less broken and have a happy ending in such a cruel world. Starts off immediately after stopping the Apocalypse and kicking Yoru out of Asa's head.
