Summary
Carly never felt right. She always hated her name, and her clothes, and honestly, her friends. She didn’t fit in. She didn’t like princesses, or dolls, or pink. She especially didn’t like how her mom would make her wear dresses when they would go to church. She wished she were a boy.
Carl's life pre- and post-apocalypse as a transgender boy with a group of three of his best friends, Ethan, Luke, and Adam, it's them against the world. And they are going to beat this world.
