  Summary

  After a warning from The Force, Anakin Skywalker realizes that Chancellor Palpatine is not the friend he claims to be. That Palpatine wants to hurt Obi-Wan. So, suspecting the worst, he goes to someone who he knows he can trust with his former Master’s safety. Cody.

  Or...

  Palpatine underestimates how much Anakin loves his family and pays dearly for it. Cody is up for revenge, and is glad to adopt the love of his life's padawan in the process.

  Summary

  Crosshair is taken to medbay after Mayday dies. When he is well again, he kills Nolan in his sleep, steals a ship, and deserts the Empire. Feeling unworthy and too ashamed to rejoin his brothers and sister, he strikes out on his own. And draws the interest of a Sith Lord in the process.

(Surprise, surprise, he's really, really good at it.) But as the galaxy around him changes, Maul has to choose how far he is willing to go for the young Jedi under his care.
