Mei and the others tried to turn the Monkie Kid into a demon to help his body to maintain the two clashing power. But the ritual went wrong. “But you’re like, six?” Pietro questioned before he was manhandled by Wanda as she checked for injuries, “Also what was the comment about being on the run?”
“I am nine. Ish. I think. And mentally I’m fifteen.”
“Still not old enough for basically having several college degrees,” Pietro argued as his head was pulled down so Wanda could check his scalp, “and can we get back to the on the run thing? I think we’re avoiding something important here.”
“So, after you got yourself shot…” Wanda started.
“Heroically,” Pietro interrupted, dodging another smack.
