Summary
If you were to ask Shouto if he has a boyfriend, his answer would depend on the circumstances. If you asked him directly, he would say no. He would say he's too focused on hero work and too busy to even think about it.
If you were to ask him, at dinner, under the threat of being pulled out of U.A., with (most) of his family at the dinner table, he would say yes, he has a boyfriend. A boyfriend that would miss him very much if he left.
He would be lying.
Unfortunately, his family is now under the belief that Shouto has a boyfriend at U.A., a boyfriend that would very much not want him to leave, and a boyfriend that his sister wants to invite over for the week they have off school. So Shouto does the only thing he sees viable.
He calls his "boyfriend". His All-Might loving, Endeavor hating, son of the former Sign of Peace, almost beat Shouto at the Sports Festival, wildly known for having just one screw a little loose, "boyfriend." Midoriya Izuku.
What ensues is a week of meeting the family and acting like a couple, going places as a couple, engaging in couple behavior. Simple and easy, right?
