Leaving to live in a country so different from your own, with people who speak the language you could only ever use with you mother, is an experience to say the least.

Oh god...Arthur has only ever been in China, where he grew up. His parents could never afford to go on summer vacations or even trips to visit family. But now, his father got a job in the country his mother was oh so familiar with. They'd saved up for just this kind of happenstance. Arthur knew it would make his mother happy to be back again, so when he discovered the news, he couldn't do much but to accept it after a bit of sulking.
