Wheeling around to the familiar voice, Noel saw Paul Weller. Paul fucking Weller, having apparently having sought Noel out. Quickly, he schooled the disbelief off his face and aimed for his more casual, crooked smile.

Liverpool’s time in the title race was all but over; of that, Jürgen was sure. Essentially dropping out of three competitions in just over a month – it was safe to say that wasn’t quite how Jürgen had hoped his final season would go.
He also didn’t even know if Pep would be home, what with Brighton away the next evening. He’d arrive home to an empty house or Pep’s surely false display of sympathy. Jürgen wasn’t entirely sure which he’d prefer. -
