“Where,” he said a third time. The word came out soft, but it crawled through the air like static.
Yaga’s voice was low now, steady but strained. “Gojo, you can’t—”
He cut him off. “Can’t what?” His eyes were wide open now beneath the blindfold. “Can’t ask about my boyfriend? Can’t ask where the love of my life is?”
His voice cracked on love. He hadn’t meant to say it out loud.
ALT ; On a mission with Yuuji, Nanami sacrifices himself and gets kidnapped. Gojo goes ballistic.

Summary
The old building seems to hiss. Nanami puts his arm out, rotates his head in every direction, but he can't see anything.
“Gojo?”
Mist thickens each inhale, makes laborious work of just existing. Gojo's flashlight is lying on the floor, its beam aiming fruitlessly into the swirling fog, illuminating nothing.
“Gojo, where are you?”
Nothing replies.
Then something goes boom on the floor above, a collision or an explosion, the sound tearing through the walls, and Nanami cranes his neck to look up. Plaster and dust rain down on him, the ceiling bulging downwards, cracks spider-webbing across the surface. He steps back out of the way, unsure if it'll hold.
Then somebody screams.~
A mission goes south, and Nanami comes face to face with real fear.

Kento had never taken jealousy as a serious emotion, considered it to be petty and stupid most of the time when previous partners had made it an issue. Security in the relationship came from trust, there was no reason to be jealous if that existed. Then he had started dating Satoru and realized it wasn’t as stupid as he thought it to be

He had a glass in one hand, a deep burgundy liquid that stared temptingly at the younger man. Nanami lifted his arm and Gojo took the cue, placing it between his pointer and middle finger.
“This can't possibly be cheap,” Nanami said, holding Gojo’s gaze as he nevertheless took a sip.
The older man smiled. “It’s nothing the school can't afford. Besides,” he leaned back against the wall, and Nanami felt his eyes rove over him even through the blindfold. “You look good like this."
“It's nothing you haven't seen before,” the blond dismissed.
“As though I could get tired of it."
