What if Izuku found out that he did have a quirk after following Kachan's advice?
You would think he should be happy about having a quirk, except everything changed. His mom abandoned him to his grandmother. He no longer goes to Aldera. All Might's smile was full of lies. Everything is different and yet, everything was the same.
Izuku is still determined to be a hero, but not how he first planned.
Underground heroics keeps looking more and more appealing.

Summary
Sometimes Midoriya Izuku wished he hadn't accepted All Might's offer. He wished he had made his way to the top with his fists and bared teeth, blood on his knuckles, no power drumming beneath his skin.
Alas, life wasn’t fair, Midoriya had said yes, he had graduated out of UA and had become a Pro hero, green lightning following him all the way to the end.But who said it was too late for change ?
Midoriya's life was never easy, and was never fair, so of course, he would get hit by a time travel quirk and end up stuck in the past, 14 and quirkless again. Shit.
Watch as Midoriya has to pave his way towards his dream, brick after brick.
But no one said he had to do it alone.

Midoriya Izuku gave up his dream of becoming a hero a long time ago, and not long after, realized how corrupted society was. In a world where quirks were the basis of everything, he didn't stand a chance, instead opting to provide for his mom and live a normal life.
Now, if only everybody would stop pestering him to be a hero!
