Summary
Seungmin was pulled out of his work by a knock on his front door. Frowning in confusion, Seungmin waited a few more moments and sure enough, a second knock followed, confirming that there was indeed someone waiting outside his door.
And upon swinging open his front door, Seungmin came face to face with the same attractive stranger he met a week ago.
“You’re the guy from the bus stop…” Seungmin enunciated slowly as his brain went into overdrive in search of an explanation why the man- Hyunjin was in front of his apartment.
Hyunjin fidgeted in place, eyes averted to the floor before shyly presenting a small box to Seungmin.
Still utterly discombobulated, Seungmin moved on auto pilot and took the box from Hyunjin’s outstretched hand, opening it. Except that that only plummeted him into deeper confusion.
“Is this…a ring?”
“Well,” Hyunjin cleared his throat awkwardly. “I did some research and um…”
Hyunjin finally looked up to meet his eyes, cheeks still dusted pink.
“I thought we should get married in human customs too.”
One beat.
Two beats.
“...what?”

Summary
Everyday life at SKZOO LAB is simple: Hwang Hyunjin brings the drama, Kim Seungmin brings the data, and the entire marketing team runs a betting pool on when they’ll finally kiss, because everyone knows they’re in love. Everyone except Hyunjin and Seungmin, of course. For them, the story of daily battles over fonts, stolen coffee and glances held a second too long is purely professional.
Forced to collaborate on the Christmas event, their “professional disagreements”, however, reach new heights of pettiness. Now, the office betting pool is thriving, the emails are lethally polite, and Hyunjin is definitely not falling for the guy in the puppy costume.
